"When we beat ourselves up, we think we are being honest by pointing out our faults before anyone else can. Yet what we are really doing is reinforcing our fear by telling ourselves over and over why things are they way they are. That makes us feel powerful, unable to change our circumstances."

Client Feedback:

Barb has been able to 'shine the light' into some areas of me that I was unable to see by myself.
I have used these new awarenesses, along with the Fearless Living Program to make different choices and I am enjoying my life more than I ever have before! Deb
